She has over twenty- two (22) years of work experience in Hospitality Operations Management, plus (5) five years of teaching in the field.  As a qualified Quality and Hospitality Practitioner, her knowledge covers a wide range of Housekeeping and Accommodation Operations, Facilities and Events Management as well as Food and Beverage Management.
