Since joining the Directorate, she has provided administrative support in the manpower audit, organizational analysis, coordinating tailor-made training programme organized by the unit. She believes in active cooperation by every member is vital to team success. She always makes sure not to sit back and observe or allow others to do the work; she works proactively to achieve group goals and facilitate cohesiveness
