The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), in collaboration with The 39 Country Initiative – Ivey Business School, Canada, will host a Case Teaching Workshop on Tuesday, 4th November 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Daniel McKorley Moot Court, GIMPA Campus.
Themed “Building Capacity for Case-Based Teaching and Writing,” the workshop seeks to equip faculty and educators with the skills and tools to effectively teach using the case method—one of the world’s most impactful experiential learning approaches. Participants will explore techniques for writing and teaching cases that enhance learner engagement and foster critical thinking.
The workshop will be facilitated by Professor Iris Berdrow of Bentley University, Massachusetts, USA, a renowned scholar and facilitator with the 39 Country Initiative at Ivey Business School.
Participants will gain:
- Practical guidance on integrating the case method into teaching and learning.
