Dr. Dora Yeboah

Dr. Dora Yeboah holds the position of senior lecturer in Marketing at the Business School of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) located in Accra, Ghana. Before embarking on her academic journey in 2020, she worked as a Program Advisor and briefly as the Acting Director at GIMPA’s Center for Management Development (CMD), where she specialized in Executive Education and Training between 2011 and 2015.

As a dedicated educator, Dr. Yeboah teaches marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, mentoring numerous students through their undergraduate and Master’s theses at GIMPA. She is passionate about developing talent and creating an engaging learning environment that emphasizes interaction and the application of real-world concepts. Her goal is to deliver high-quality education that prioritizes learning and professional growth.  Dr. Yeboah aims to collaborate with colleagues and students to develop innovative programs that incorporate advanced teaching methods informed by the latest theories and interdisciplinary research.

Dora demonstrates a strong dedication to educational excellence, as evidenced by her remarkable average rating of 4.39 out of 5 in student evaluations for the 2024/2025 academic year. As of February 1, 2024, she took on the role of Coordinator for Satellite Campuses and Affiliate Institutions. Prior to this, she was the Coordinator for the One-Year Master’s program in Marketing and is currently involved with the undergraduate Marketing programs while also teaching at the Gimpa Business School. In addition, Dora is an active member of various committees at both the institutional and school levels.

Dr. Yeboah is known for her exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and results-oriented approach. She possesses strong communication skills, which are crucial in her various roles. Her expertise encompasses a range of areas, including Digital and Interactive Marketing, Services Marketing, Services & Relationship Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Management, Sales Management, and Customer Service.

Her research interests include Digital and Interactive Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Services Marketing, Value Co-Creation, Service-Dominant Logic, Consumer Behaviour, among others.  Dr. Yeboah has contributed to leading academic journals in her field through her publications.
