A Senior Lecturer in the Computer Science Department of GIMPA, Dr Mrs Felicia Engmann, is passionate about developing women (and girls) with IT skills and knowledge to meet the needs of current society and beyond.

Felicia is an enthusiastic teacher, teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has several works published in reputable journals and conference proceedings with high citation scores.

She is the current chair of the Women in IT and Engineering (WITE), an initiative of the School of Technology, GIMPA, which exposes female students to successful women in STEM who could become their mentors, providing career guidance and training. WITE mainly focus on helping young female students to identify and pursue opportunities in IT & Engineering and guiding them to achieve their career aspirations
