Dr Nancy Sam-Tagoe Adjadogo

Nancy Sam-Tagoe Adjadogo is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Management of the Business School. She teaches in the areas of Human Resource Management, General Management and Public Administration. Her research interest concerns Conflict and Conflict Resolution at the workplace and employee-employer related issues in general.

Prior to joining the faculty as an academic, Nancy had worked in various industries, in the private sector and public higher education (HE). Her career as an administrator and a generalist Human Resource Management practitioner spans 20 years, Seven (7) years in the private sector and 13 years in the public HE.

Also, in the private sector, Nancy worked for seven (7) years as a Procurement and Supply professional attached to a British Owned Construction firm and later to a Marketing and Sales firm both in Ghana. Nancy was a stringer for three (3) years for the New Times Corporation after graduating from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) in 1991.

She holds a PhD from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Master of Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast, a Graduate Diploma (Professional Level) from the Chartered Institute and Procurement and Supply, UK and Diploma in Journalism from GIJ.
