Frederick Owusu Sarpong is a Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Business School, where he teaches and supervises students of varied courses and programs. Fred had his Master of Philosophy (Mphil.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Management. After serving as a Teaching Assistant for two years at the Psychology Department of University of Ghana, he went on to serve as a Faculty/Research Assistant at the Department of Organization and Human Resource Management (OHRM), University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). At the UGBS, he assisted in research and organized tutorials in Strategic Management, Business Policy, Manpower Planning, Human Behavior in Organization and Introduction to Human Resource Management. Aside his engagements at GIMPA Business School, Fred is a Part time Lecturer at Strabsnet International Learning Centre. This institution is the only African Centre for InstitutpurL’Expertise (IPE) Management School in France. At Strabsnet, he teaches Contemporary business strategy and Human capital management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels respectively. For industrial experience, Fred is a Freelance Consultant for top management consulting firms in Ghana namely; Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Impact Management Consultants, RIMCS Consults and Trustworks Consulting limited. He has teaching interest in; Organizational Behavior, Contemporary Business Strategy, Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Capital Management, Statistics for Social Scientists; Research Methods and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Fred is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM) and the Ghana Psychological Council (GPC).
