Prof. Adwoa Boadua Yirenkyi-Fianko is an Associate Professor of Project and Operations Management and Head, Department of Management Science at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, an MSc in Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

With over 15 years of teaching experience, her research spans construction management and environmental sustainability, focusing on construction delays, risk management, and sustainable water treatment. She is widely published and a recipient of the Emerald Literati Network’s Highly Commended Paper award.
