The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Training, and Consulting (GTC) is pleased to announce a comprehensive leadership training programme designed exclusively for top executives of the AU Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security (D-PAPS) to enhance their leadership and managerial capabilities to drive organisational success. This tailor-made training initiative reflects our commitment to fostering professional growth and empowering executives with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the dynamic organisational landscape effectively. As part of efforts to enhance the efficiency of the Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security (DPAPS), the Department with the support of the Training for Peace (TfP) programme commissioned a Training Needs Analysis in 2022 to identify several training needs, namely- Strategic Planning, Leadership, Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation, Report Writing, Team Building and Negotiations – as being critical for continues development and advancement. In this regard, the GTC has curated an intensive training programme that combines industry expertise with practical insights to equip top-level executives of the AU with essential tools for organizational success from Thursday, 9th of November, 2023 at Addis Ababa.
