A major capacity-building initiative supported by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
This program aims to develop young leaders from five West African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and Cameroon) through a structured approach consisting of:
- Online training
- In-country intensive training in Ghana (approximately 200 participants)
- Advanced training in Korea for selected participants.
The program focuses on leadership, digital/AI capacity, and entrepreneurship.
