The GIMPA community is hereby informed that the Matriculation Ceremony for all registered students of the February 2026 intake
(Undergraduate and Graduate Programmes) has been scheduled as follows:
1. Undergraduate Programmes (All Schools and Satellite Campuses) – Thursday, 12th March 2026
Time: 4:00 p.m.
All matriculating students are required to be seated by 3:30 p.m.
2. Graduate Programmes – Friday, 13th March 2026
â–ª First Session (3:30 p.m.) – GIMPA Law School, School of Public Service and Governance, and Satellite Campuses
All matriculating students are required to be seated by 3:00 p.m.
â–ª Second Session – 5:00 p.m. – Business School, School of Technology and Social Sciences, and Satellite Campuses
All matriculating students are required to be seated by 4:30 p.m.
The ceremony will take place at the Graduate Block Auditorium (GB Auditorium), located adjacent to the campus snack bar.
Students enrolled at the Satellite Campuses will participate virtually via the Zoom platform. Access details will be communicated through
the respective Campus Managers.
All matriculating students are required to be dressed in formal attire. Please note that jeans and other forms of casual wear are strictly
prohibited at all official academic ceremonies.
