Regina Nortey-Botchway is a Programs Coordinator with the Consultancy Department at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Regina is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and very organized person. She is a team player and adaptable to all challenging situations. She is able to work well both in a team environment as well as using her own innovations to attain goals within schedule. Regina has successfully coordinated over ten (10) Capacity Building Workshops including the World Bank workshops in the past year. Regina is result-oriented and an excellent event planner
