Paul currently is a Senior Management Consultant and also a member of the World Bank Institute Delivery Partners Development Program (DPDP). He has undertaken numerous consulting assignments at the senior level for a large spectrum of clients in both Public and Private Sector Organizations. Beneficiaries of his consulting services are from multifarious sources including but not limited to the following World Bank Institute (WBI), European Union (EU), USAID, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Local Government Services and the Ministry of Defence.
